The video from the Gary Jules cover of the Tears for Fears song "Mad World", featured in the darkly enticing indie cult-classic Donnie Darko. This version of the song is haunting enough but the video adds another level of adolescent angst and urban ennui:

ReplyDeleteI watched it years ago and then rewatched it when the DC was released; a buddy of mine from a few years back was constantly turning me on to cool indie flicks not many people have seen.
