Thanks for posting. This reminds me of The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour and Laugh-In. Both were full of political satire. I think a stinging satire can often get a message across better than straight talk.
I used to watch both of those shows on Nick at Nite as a kid PP, and I loved them. I myself prefer satire whenever possible.
