Paul Debates Baldwin On Cannabis Legalization

Is it just me or do Baldwin's arguments not have a valid leg to stand on?

    "faith-based conservative perspective"... says Baldwin.
    Not a great basis for validity about anything.

    If you drive high on cannabis you should lose your car and your license. It can damage your health, like nicotine which I don't touch, and alcohol which I do. Robert Kennedy said it best when he said that if tobacco was as small an industry as marijuana, it would have been banned.
