This Post Now Has A Title

Apologies for the lack of posting lately, a lot of things have been piling up. I'm happy to say that my NFL fantasy draft went fairly well this morning (even got a few Dallas Cowboys on my team) and my book club meeting earlier this evening was all fundamentalist Mormonism, sushi and martinis; good times and a great combination. Regular posting will resume tomorrow.

I have had this book on my shelf for ~4 years but haven't opened it. Good read?

Being a simpleton, I like Krakauer's writing. And I read Into the Wild before it was cool to read Into the Wild.

I also had a mullet in high school, but you can't win 'em all.

This was the first Krakauer book I've read BD and while I found the subject matter of fundamentalism in religion (and in Mormonism specifically) interesting I wasn't exactly crazy about his writing style. It just never grabbed me as a compelling narrative but like I said, interesting subject material.

I grabbed Witten and Choice. I'm hoping the Choice selection pays massive dividends.

Choice was on fire last season, one L. I got Romo as my main QB, Barber as back up on my bench and Dallas' D. I didn't plan it that way but it'll be nice to root for the Boys on the fantasy side in addition to real life this year.
