A stirring endorsement of the capacity for good within the human race, our collective drive to seek out the great unknown and the media-challenged governmental agency that will someday take us there:
Would I come off as too big of a nerd if I admitted that I already have the official NASA app on my iPad? Yeah? Well I don't care...

That was pretty good. I especially liked the bit where the narrator begins talking about "and when our descendants have colonized thousands of worlds" and the video shows that highly branching tree.
What does the NASA app do?
If I had an iPad I'd certainly downloa it. Beautiful.
Carl Sagan was an inspirational author.
I have first edition Cosmos and the novel Contact.
That was a nice vid. Not seen it before.
The NASA app isn't spectacular Brendan (it's free) but it has a lot of info about our solar system and current and future missions. Most would probably find it boring but I love that stuff.
