This is World War I veteran Frank Woodruff Buckles, 107. His portrait is being unveiled at the Pentagon today as he is the last World War I veteran alive in America. He enlisted in the U. S. Army on August 14, 1917 at the illegal age of 15. Way to flout the rules, Frank.
