I'd be lying if I said part of me didn't agree with the guy. About half of me thinks things like Autism and ADD are legit disorders. Look at all the good the drugs do! The other half of me harkens back to the caveman days. They sure as hell made it through life without all these designer supplements. Why the hell can't we?
First, for the record, this guy is a piece of shit; he's a bitter old man and this comment is pretty much par for the course with him. As far as our ancestors, they had no knowledge of this condition nor any way to treat it if they did, so they just sucked it up and lived with it. They also didn't know how to set broken bones and all of their teeth were rotting out of their heads, but I'd call anyone who argues that we should be living without these things as well a damn fool.
I had to Google him to find out who he was. Now that I know, I still don't really know. And I could probably care less what he thinks since - like Howard, Rush, Al and the rest of them - he gets paid to say this stuff.
Anyway, they didn't have a lot of crap in caveman days, but I'll be damned if they were any unhappier for it! They killed their water buffalo, you ate it and you liked it. You need to spend some time meditating on this.
ps. Are there any conservative talk radio or tv show hosts that you don't think are pieces of shit? Honest question.
