乱交パーティー is Japanese for "sex swap party". Goes on to say that conditions for entry are that you're over 18 and healthy.

I'm sure you meet these conditions, mate, but I'd stay away from this stuff if I were you.
This crap gets posted automatically by some bot program, quietmagpie. I usually delete them unless someone else comments on them. And I agree with you, I think I'll stay away for now.
