Yes, it's a real book. It actually sounds like kind of an interesting read, written around the actual events of our sixteenth president's life, but I think that it's also evidence that the current popular fixation on all things vampiric might be approaching its zenith. And if it eventually becomes a movie I wouldn't expect to see crowds of screaming Twihards at the premiere either. Here's the advertisement for the book:
