Apologies for the lack of posting as of late. The last few days of nice weather here in Northern California have been keeping me busy working on my yard. Despite my considerably less than green thumb I'm trying to cultivate the rose bushes that were here when I moved in and I'm also thinking of starting a vegetable/herb garden out on my back patio as well. Does this mean I'm getting old and boring? Regular posting will resume shortly.

Obama is shoving health care down our throats and you're worried about your rose bushes.
Hey Guy, go for it. Gardening is fun and therapeutic. Gets your mind off of all this other crap. Sounds like camping was a good thing.
I've always had more success planting veggies in the ground. More work but better crops. Herbs do fine in containers. In either case, there's something pleasant about getting down and dirty in the dirt.
Hey, I have a semi-rose garden and your Mother wants to start another herb garden....... Wait, we are old! So, watch out! Your on your way! But, gardening is therapeutic only if your stuff grows!
Note to exDLB: Y'all lost! We got Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare despite Republican opposition, too! Because they passed, America is a better place and health care reform will take its place with them. This new law will be beneficial to many Americans just as these older reforms have.
The "old road is rapidly aging. Please get out of the new one if you can't led a hand..." and "You better start swimming or you'll sink like a stone... The times they are a changing"!
You know the score, ex DLB.
Leslie, I'm nothing if not dirty, intellectually and physically.
halnwolf, ex DLB was being ironic in one of my absolute favorite ways: ironically. It's always good to hear from you my friend but it's absolutely essential that everyone keep up with the narrative (making fun of each other in order to more effectively make fun of those we oppose ideologically). Get it?
I'm trolling both sides of the road now. It's twice the fun and there's no moderation here.
Sorry hainwolf and thanks for the Dylan. Peace!
I sit corrected. A thousand apologies!
Don't trust exDLB. His recipe for communion wafers tasted like communion wafers. It was like drinking O'Douls. You think you know someone.
You have a yard with rose bushes JBW? Will you be voting for Mitt Romney in 2012 also?
I make it a rule to never vote for anyone with better hair than myself T101, it's just a thing. That's why I could never fully get behind Edwards' cheating ass...
