Just had a little 3.5 magnitude quake but it felt a bit larger than that, probably because the epicenter was pretty much right in the middle of Danville where I live. It was as if my entire house jumped a foot to the left, like a vehicle had crashed into the side of the building. Whoa, just felt a little aftershock as well. Earthquakes are one of the things I don't think I'll ever get used to here in California.
[Update: A little work with Google Maps puts the epicenter just a mile and a half away from me as the crow flies. As far as I know this is the closest I've ever been to one. And there goes another aftershock.]

Th world is spinnin, revolvin, and a-shakin.
All part o th cosmick boogie!
Actually it means that Jesus is one day closer to his second coming to earth and saving all of the righteous while simultaneously burning all the evil non-mormons like stubble. wink wink
I thought I smelled Jesus' fingerprints on this one. But why hit Danville? Doesn't he know that it's full of Republicans?
Japan is the Mecca of earthquakes. Weirdest one I ever had was when the ground rolled, like being on a waterbed... and then rolled back again from the opposite direction.
They're not so dangerous though, unless a tsunami comes after it. It's the ones that whip you up and down like a salt shaker that are nasty.
I just hope that I'm outside and away from any tall buildings when the Big One hits Cali, VZ.
"But why hit Danville? Doesn't he know that it's full of Republicans?"
Is that why you feel so at home out there?
Yeah, reminds me of Texas except nobody gets called a fag for drinking wine or having long hair.
