If they want to get technical about it, the Constitution does require the prez to take the oath. But, it doesn't say when, where or how.
I can play constitutional lawyer as well as Chris Wallace. Looks to me like he could have said it while he was shaving and it would fulfill the requirement.

I don't know why I didn't take you seriously before. The only redeeming quality I can see from here is that you're a Texan, but then again: I've known a lot of assholes from Texas.
